The Ballistic is a very high speed stable to slightly understable driver. This disc is fairly tall and has a very thick rim which allows for maximum distance for advanced disc golfers. Unlike other RIP discs, the Ballistic is a single mold plastic disc. The RIP plastic is unique among the golf disc manufacturers. It feels somewhat like Innova Pro plastic, but is more rubberlike. If you’re looking for a big backhand rip, the Ballistic grip will help give you maximum snap. If you’re looking for an ultra high speed driver that won’t turn as much as a Katana or Nuke SS, you may want to consider the Ballistic.
